About Jumelage

Jumelage, the French word for "twinning," is a Winchester association that administers its Twin City relationship with Saint-Germain-en-Laye, just outside Paris. Open to anyone seeking international friendship and exchange, Jumelage has helped exchange over 700 people, including choruses, firefighters, students, gardeners, town officials, artists, bridge players, and traveling wine lovers. Jumelage sponsors concerts, lectures, Taste of France evenings, and joint trips with our French friends every year, alternating between France and the United States. In the summer, there is an exchange of student interns, who work in each other's city for three weeks.
